All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship to customers across the United States.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–15 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated 5–8 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which will become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Damages & Issues
If your canvas art arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@qhapaqart.store with photos of the product and packaging, and we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
