Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Change-of-Mind Returns
For returns due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customized or Personalized Products
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
